We would ask that you always report such errors to our customer service so that we can work on solving the problem and control our processes even better. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't always get all the ingredients. You can suspend deliveries or have us change the delivery interval. We are a very flexible service where you can customize everything to fit your lifestyle. You can easily change that in your customer account, and then you will see all the recipes that can be prepared without Thermomix. Since you see the Thermomix recipes, I assume that you have chosen the Thermomix version. Please check in your customer account which box you have selected. You can choose between Thermomix boxes and those without Thermomix. We are pleased that you were able to enjoy our recipes and that you were able to make your stressful everyday cooking life a little easier. Reply from HelloFresh Schweiz Updated Sep 1, 2022 I paid the 224 francs hoping I will never hear again from this fraudulent company. I called the customer service who finally cancelled my subscription after 15 minutes waiting on the line. After throwing away 224 Francs worth of food (3 boxes) I didn't even ask for, I received a letter threatening me if I didn't pay in the next 2 weeks. ![]() I removed my credit card from the app thinking that they would stop sending me stuff but they kept on sending expensive boxes. I decided to stop my subscription but it was IMPOSSIBLE to do so (website login did not work, it's not possible from the app and everything is in German). But shortly I started receiving products very close to expiry date (4 meals, all expiring 3 days after delivery, seriously!) I then started throwing away more that I could eat while the box prices kept going up.
